Refund and Return Policy

Bespoke Tails Provide Refund and Return Opportunity for Customers

OVERVIEW
There is no risk when buying from Bespoke Tails. We fully guarantee your satisfaction. We will help make sure the measurements are accurate. For customized designs, we will communicate through draft illustrations until you’re satisfied.

REFUNDS
The time limit for making a return and requesting a refund is 15 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may also be required to provide proof of defective items prior to returning such as sending pictures by email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Note:

No cost when the Product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.

But when the customer purchased the wrong Product or they no longer want the Product, in this case, we take a shipping fee as the actual cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via Mail to let us know.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
