The yarn material is semi-transparent, it looks light weighted and delicate. The same material was used for the flowers on the skirt that were hand sewed on This alone almost doubled the time needed to make the dress. We also tried to use a similar flower-patterned material. But once you’ve seen the hand sewed on craftsmanship, you’ll understand why flat print just won’t do. So we stubbornly decided to stick to the hand-sewed on style.
