Each dress takes about 4 hours just to make the outer layer floral hemline, but when you see the dress you’ll agree it’s all worth it. This blue princess dress is completed in a calming velvety blue color, with silk ribbon bow on the back and puffer sleeves to fulfil the delicate little princess look.
